Sandi is dedicated to helping individuals find balance and healing in their lives.
Hi my name is Sandi and I am a LPC. I have been licensed and practicing since 1993. I work with all people ages 16 and older. However, I have a passion for adult and young women’s mental health. I use various evidence-based practices such cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy and mindfulness. I am here to help you feel empowered, self-aware and capable. I understand it can be hard to make changes in your life, but change is not impossible.
As a therapist, one of my main goals is to help clients who have mental health and substance issues. These individuals are often facing multiple challenges at once, and may be struggling to manage both their emotions and their addiction. Ultimately, my aim is to help clients achieve greater stability and well-being in their mental health journey.
