Elizabeth is a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker fluent in both English and Spanish. With over a decade of experience, she integrates evidence-based treatments like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy, play therapy techniques, and Solution-Focused Therapy to help her clients achieve their goals. Elizabeth believes in a collaborative approach, working closely with clients to create personalized treatment plans that focus on their unique needs and objectives.
Elizabeth earned her degree from Rutgers School of Social Work and has extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. Her background includes supporting individuals in foster care and adoptive homes, as well as providing outpatient care for those dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, low self-esteem, relational problems, and grief. She is passionate about helping clients navigate their mental health challenges and strives to create a warm, empathetic environment where they feel supported and understood.
