Eileen Madden holds both her undergraduate and master’s degrees from Boston College and is a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor with extensive experience working with clients ranging from ages two to eighty-seven. She has provided outpatient services across various settings, including partial hospitalization and in-home environments, with a primary focus on supporting children and families dealing with anxiety, sadness, and anger. Eileen employs an integrative therapeutic approach that emphasizes the connection between physical and mental health. By fostering compassion for challenging emotions and distinguishing them from one’s inner spirit, she helps clients rediscover their unconditional self-love and navigate their journeys toward joy and self-acceptance.

Eileen is passionate about the interplay between physical wellness and emotional well-being. She nourishes her body with plant-based nutrition and maintains an active lifestyle as a boxing instructor and runner. Her commitment to holistic health is complemented by her rich cultural experiences, including studying abroad in Ecuador and participating in service trips to El Salvador, Mississippi, New Orleans, and the Appalachian region.
