With over 20 years of experience, I have helped people through various transitions and daily struggles, including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and grief. I incorporate Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Talk Therapy into my practice, empowering clients to make meaningful changes. My background includes a BSW and MSW from Adelphi University, and I’ve worked with a wide range of populations, from preschoolers with behavioral challenges to older adults transitioning to nursing home care. My diverse experience allows me to tailor therapy to each client’s unique needs.
